Terms of Use

Welcome to rotrends.com ("Rotrends," "we," "our," or "us"), a website, dashboard, and set of related services (collectively, the "Services") operated by Super League Enterprise, Inc. ("Super League"). These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legally binding contract between you ("you" or "User") and Super League governing your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept all of these Terms, do not access or use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Acceptance

You must (a) be at least 13 years old, and if under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, have your parent or guardian’s consent, and (b) have the legal capacity to form a binding contract, to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration & Verification

You may browse public portions of the Site without creating an account. Certain features—such as saving dashboards or verifying your creator profile—may require registering a Rotrends account and optionally linking your Roblox account via OAuth for verification purposes. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up-to-date. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (if any) and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. License & Permitted Uses

Subject to these Terms, Super League grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for your personal or internal business purposes. Except as expressly permitted, you must not:
  • Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any part of the Services other than your own lawful content;
  • Modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the Services;
  • Use any data-mining, robots, or similar data-gathering tools, except via documented APIs or with our written consent; or
  • Use the Services for unlawful, fraudulent, or competitive purposes.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • Infringe, misappropriate, or violate our or any third party’s intellectual-property or privacy rights;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the Services;
  • Upload viruses, malicious code, or content that is defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable;
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity; or
  • Attempt to circumvent any content-protection mechanisms we employ.

5. Intellectual Property

Rotrends, the Rotrends logo, all content, data, software, and other materials within the Services (excluding User Content, defined below) are owned by or licensed to Super League and are protected by intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.
Not Affiliated with Roblox. Rotrends is an independent analytics platform and is not endorsed by, directly affiliated with, maintained, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation.

6. User Content

"User Content" means any data, text, graphics, or other material that you upload, post, transmit, or otherwise make available via the Services. You retain ownership of your User Content. By providing User Content, you grant Super League a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, modify, and display that content for the limited purpose of operating and improving the Services.
You represent and warrant that you have all rights necessary to grant this license and that your User Content does not violate any law or third-party right. We reserve the right (but have no obligation) to remove or disable any User Content at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites or services (including Roblox). Your interactions with those third parties are solely between you and the third party and are governed by the third party’s terms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content or services.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SUPER LEAGUE DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DATA (INCLUDING ANALYTICS OR FORECASTS) WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL SUPER LEAGUE OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SERVICES. SUPER LEAGUE’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100).
Certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Super League and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claim, demand, or damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising out of or related to (a) your use of the Services, (b) your User Content, or (c) your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Upon termination, Sections 5-15 will survive.

12. Modifications to the Services & Terms

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time. We may also modify these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms and revise the "Effective Date" above. Continued use after the changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

14. Miscellaneous

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Super League regarding the Services. If any provision is held to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any provision will not be a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign these Terms without restriction.
